Ms. Rani Baisane founded Saheli Sanstha with the vision to  establish an equal, healthy, civilized and prosperous society.

She has dedicated herself to transforming the lives of underprivileged communities, particularly  women and children thereby empowering  them to live life with self respect and dignity

She has completed her Masters in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai and has over 20 years of experience in the development sector.

She was the former member of Domestic Violence Committee of Ulhasnagar City Civil  & Criminal Court Thane,

Currently she  is the Chairperson of the Child Welfare Committee, District Thane, Maharashtra.

Professor at Mahatma Phule College of Social Work Taloda, Dist. Nandurbar,  He has over 16 years of experience in the field of education. Besides an educator he is significantly involved in Tribal Research and their upliftment activities. Actively involved in CSR Strategic Planning, Designing Project Proposals for Funding

Mr. Jaiprakash V. Baisane is Master in Social Work (MSW) from Yashwantrao Chavan Institute of  Social Science, Satara.

He has been instrumental in taking up the cause of unorganized workers (Construction site worker, Domestic workers, Rag pickers, Daily wages workers etc.,)  through various campaigns for workers rights. He also organized a very strong Naka workers’ union, bringing together many activist groups and giving them the vision and direction of social movement without affiliation to any particular political party.

He brings 21 years of rich & diverse experience  across diversified facets of Program Strategy  Development, Designing Community based Sustainable Interventions, Team Building, Linkages and Liaising with Donors, Coordination with Govt. & NGO Partners. Mr. Jaiprakash played a pivotal role in  project restoration and finance of SAHELI Sanstha. 

Pennsylvania Omni Health services for the mental health of children,United States of America (USA),He has over 21 years of experience in the field of  Children Counseling & Mental Health .

With over 20 years of experience. Rajesh is an expert in designing and managing strategic  program and policy interventions in various areas such as livelihood, entrepreneurship, education development, local governance & natural resource management programs. He has worked with Govt. bodies and NGOs.

He heads all the projects and programs of SAHELI Sanstha ensuring their goals and objectives as per the vision and mission of the Organization.

Rajesh holds a Postgraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Pune, and he is currently pursuing Ph.D from TISS, Mumbai on Corporate Social Responsibility with a focus on Rural Development.
